Sexual harassment in the workplace
Your workplace should be somewhere your staff feel valued, safe and treated with dignity and respect. However, recent statistics and media coverage report sexual harassment in the workplace is a widespread problem.
This event has been designed to help you engage with your workforce and raise awareness of the issue. It will also provide you with the necessary skills to address a situation should one arise.
Your workforce cannot be at their best if they are working in fear of harassment or bullying. Such fear can lead to poor productivity, absence and low morale. With the added potential risk of an employment tribunal, it can also be costly in terms of finance, reputation and employee engagement.
This event will provide you with valuable information on what constitutes harassment, how to recognise it, the relevant law and the views of tribunals. We will give you the knowledge and skills to engage with your workforce and demonstrate zero tolerance of unacceptable behaviour, enabling you to enhance the workplace culture within your organisation.
All delegates will receive an electronic certificate of attendance for their participation in the training.
Delegates from all sectors of industry including: managers, supervisors, team leaders, HR professionals, business owners, Trade Union representatives, employee representatives and individuals who wish enhance their CPD.
